Metro Urban Valuers was formulated by Johan Nicklaas Booysen (Nico) a Professional Associated Valuer without restrictions 6299/6 (MIVSA) and AssocRICS, Henico Schalekamp a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and Tsietsi Madonsela a Professional Valuer 6466 (MIVSA).The purpose of the organisation is to create a one of a kind valuation organization that will combine the skills of Professional Valuers with that of Chartered Accountants to create a team that will deliver technically sound valuations not only with reference to real estate valuation methodology but also utilizing financial accounting and financial reporting methodology to arrive at various values
